Day 173: Changeable you
If nothing were to change in your life, how satisfied would be with it?
We are humans, we are living life, change is inevitable. But not everyone deals with change well, and not everyone wants to change.
And - dare I say it - not everyone NEEDS to change!
You’ve picked up this book or subscribed to this Substack, so I’m guessing you’re undergoing some kind of change. But if you stopped self-reflecting and working on yourself, would you - could you be ok with you?
If you stopped trying to lose/gain weight?
If you stopped wondering what everyone was doing in their free time compared to you?
If you stopped going for that goal or that relationship or that other something?
I write this with as little judgment as I can here. There are pros/cons to pursuing goals and growth and more meaningful relationships and great input for your social output. But do you ever think about simply standing still, doing nothing, embracing now?
Could you be happy with that?
